Open Scotland Sessions 2016

The Scotland Wheelchair team will be holding open training sessions in 2016, register now for more information.

Scotland coach Jamie Seery said “we are keen to expand our player base as much as possible ahead of an important couple of years for the sport internationally. As our member clubs expand it’s vital we engage with these players, plus I’m positive there is a large number of players out there that aren’t currently involved in our sport but have the ability to succeed at the highest level.”

He continued “since the 2013 World Cup the national team have continued to improve picking up our first win in 2014 and just missing out in 3rd place in Europe this year to Ireland. It’s important we keep that momentum going leading into the 2017 World Cup in Australia”

To register your interest in the open training sessions please email Scotland team manager Graeme Stewart:

Note: Training dates and venues will be announced in the New Year, current Scotland players don’t need to register for sessions.
